Our responsibility to you
As part of our partnership agreement, we take our responsibilities seriously. Our goal is to ensure all referred clients are happy and their needs are met. Here’s how we do it:
Communication
From the moment a lead is submitted we will keep you updated at all times. This includes arranging the installation with you once the customer’s account has been approved by our acquiring partner.
Dedicated Contact
Every client referral will have full access to our reporting tools free of charge and a dedicated Swipen sales representative who will continue to support them post-sale.
Tech Support
In the unlikely event a customer has an issue with their payment processing solution, Swipen has a dedicated team on hand 24/7 to handle any queries.
